Every campus has its own unwritten rules about off-campus housing: which streets everyone actually lives on, which shuttle route saves you twenty minutes, which "student community" is worth the price, and which one just has good marketing. Nobody hands you that list either. You find it out the slow way, by living near campus for a semester or asking around until someone finally tells you the truth.
