We're building a place where college students and their families can find each other - whether you need to hand off a lease you're stuck in, or you're looking for a great place to takeover near campus. We know firsthand how stressful and confusing lease takeovers can be, from figuring out if your landlord even allows it to tracking down someone trustworthy to take your spot.

Our full platform is on its way, but we wanted to start showing up for this community right now - sharing what we're learning about lease takeovers, off-campus student housing, and the issues students and parents face along the way.
